No, washing it with soap several times a day and leaving it dry is NOT the answer. Instead, wash only twice a day and replace the lost skin oils with natural plant oils or butters like avocado or coconut oil, Shea or cocoa butter. 2. Cleanliness is next to no Acne Change your pillow every other day. While you sleep, oils and dirt from your hair will collect on your pillow and these will be deposited on you face as you change positions. 3. Water! Drink it! A lot of it.
